El Centro para Mayores Galimedical acogerá durante el mes de noviembre a la artista Ana Matey para desarrollar el proyecto “Paisaje-Lenguaje”.
“Paisaje-Lenguaje” es un proyecto artístico que explora la intersección entre el lenguaje del caminar y conversar, la lectura del territorio y las diversas formas de habitar la mente y la naturaleza. A través de esta investigación, se busca comprender cómo estas dimensiones se entrelazan, generando nuevas perspectivas sobre nuestra relación con el entorno. Este viaje exploratorio nos invita a reflexionar sobre la conexión íntima entre la experiencia humana, la tierra que habitamos y las conversaciones que surgen en este proceso.
La obra consiste en una serie de intervenciones artísticas a lo largo de un trayecto específico, donde cada paso representa una conexión entre el individuo y el entorno. Utilizando elementos como cartografía, fotografía y performance, la obra busca redefinir la experiencia del espacio, animando a los participantes de la Residencia Galimedical a reflexionar sobre su relación con el territorio mientras caminan y habitan el paisaje. La obra quiere poner en valor la diversidad y la riqueza que existe dentro del territorio nacional, su patrimonio natural y cultural.

«Landscape-Language» is an artistic project that explores the intersection between the language of walking and talking, the reading of the territory and the different ways of inhabiting the mind and nature. Through this research, we seek to understand how these dimensions intertwine, generating new perspectives on our relationship with the environment. This exploratory journey invites us to reflect on the intimate connection between the human experience, the land we inhabit and the conversations that arise in this process.
The work consists of a series of artistic interventions along a specific path, where each step represents a connection between the individual and the environment. Using elements such as cartography, photography and performance, the work seeks to redefine the experience of space, encouraging the participants of the Galimedical Residency to reflect on their relationship with the territory as they walk and inhabit the landscape. The work aims to highlight the diversity and richness that exists within the national territory, its natural and cultural heritage.
